This property is located at Areos , Paleo Faliro BEDROOMS & AMENITIES: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom , 1 living room with sofa bed,closet 1 kitchen with washing machine WIFI, AIRCONDITION for cooling and Heating smart TV There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION: Enjoy a calm neighbourhood and easy access to the beach, tram or bus within 2 min walking distance. Athens centre is 20 min by bus. Marina Flisvos, park, New Opera, Nautical museum are within few minutes walk. Experience public or private beach from May to November. MONTHLY RENT & BILLS: There is a FIXED monthly cost for utilities , (please CLICK on the monthly price that says "exclude bills, deposit required" to see full analysis of all costs).
